Good morning. I will be publishing Scripture here in a learning experience. As I gather information out of the Scripture I will be learning and putting it together in an attempt to make sense out of the Word. I will be using the Word to define the Word. The first booklet I have written is about strangers the fatherless and widows.
This is section 62 on dealing with strangers and the fatherless and widows.
I use the KJV annotated. I know that there are many other versions of Scripture but I am not particularly fond of them. I use the KJV even though I don’t like the term ” The LORD” for YHWH. But because I am not convinced in my mind that the other version are true accurate and correct I would rather use this version with known errors. At least I know what the errors are in KJV. There are reason for this position, I hope you , Dear Reader, will continue to do your own research and come to your own conclusion. I am not saying I am right or wrong. I am only saying that at this point in my studies and in my life, I believe that KJV annotated is for me the version I use.
Here is the first installment. Errors and misstatements, if you find them, email me with evidence and sufficient references to Scripture to support your claim so I can review and make corrections as necessary. Thank you for time, Dear Reader, and this experience should be quite fun and enlightening for me, and I hope for you too.
This section is no where near finished, and it may be lacking much, but I just wanted to get started in this process of publishing this information, but I wanted to break the ice, so to speak, and begin getting motivated to write and to put out what it appears to be to me to be necessary information.

Summary of the Law.
God has voluntarily taken on the responsibility of guardianship of the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow.
From 39 American Jurisprudence 2nd:
This guardian/ward relationship is defined as a “sacred trust” where by one person cares for another’s well-being and needs. These certain people (wards) who are in certain circumstances in this present life have one thing in common; they have no earthly guardian to care for them either by dereliction of duty of parents who forsake their own child and/or abuse them or neglect them or by their own untimely death become unavailable.
God Almighty, Creator, steps in and then takes the role as per the contract he initiated on Mount Sinai recorded in Deuteronomy 29:10 forward:
(Deuteronomy 29:10 KJV+) YeH859 standH5324 this dayH3117 allH3605 of you beforeH6440 the LORDH3068 your God;H430 your captainsH7218 of your tribes,H7626 your elders,H2205 and your officers,H7860with allH3605 the menH376 of Israel,H3478
(Deuteronomy 29:11 KJV+) Your little ones,H2945 your wives,H802 and thy strangerH1616 thatH834is inH7130 thy camp,H4264 from the hewerH4480 H2404 of thy woodH6086 untoH5704 the drawerH7579 of thy water:H4325
(Deuteronomy 29:12 KJV+) That thou shouldest enterH5674 into covenantH1285 with the LORDH3068 thy God,H430 and into his oath,H423 whichH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 makethH3772 withH5973 thee this day:H3117
(Deuteronomy 29:13 KJV+) ThatH4616 he may establishH6965 thee to dayH3117 for a peopleH5971 unto himself, and that heH1931 may beH1961 unto thee a God,H430 asH834 he hath saidH1696 unto thee, and asH834 he hath swornH7650 unto thy fathers,H1 to Abraham,H85 to Isaac,H3327 and to Jacob.H3290
(Deuteronomy 29:14 KJV+) NeitherH3808 withH854 you onlyH905 do IH595 makeH3772 (H853) thisH2063 covenantH1285 and thisH2063 oath;H423
(Deuteronomy 29:15 KJV+) ButH3588 withH854him thatH834 standethH5975 hereH6311 withH5973 us this dayH3117 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068 our God,H430 and also withH854him thatH834is notH369 hereH6311 withH5973 us this day:H3117
Deuteronomy 29:9-15 is a good example of a type of contract called an Adhesion Contact in which there are duties assigned to the guardian, (Almighty God, Creator) and reciprocal duties of the ward (the fatherless child, the widow, stranger, et cetera). The duties of the ward (that is the widow, fatherless child or orphan) are simple: Obey God and keep his commandments and talk to Him. Pray to the Creator and tell him your problems and Cry out to him in your distress.
The trigger of the action clause of God’s intervention is the cry in distress to Him. That is when the “ward’s” problems come into God’s presence, in His courts, and He says: “That’s enough, Ok. I am coming, I’ll be right there to take care of this for you”.
At the moment when the ‘ward’ cries out in distress, God, the guardian of the ward, looks at the situation and determines whether or not there is oppression, and if so God takes action.
This is an example of “faith” in the operation of the Law of God. The word “faith” comes from the Latin root “fid” which means: to trust.
The ward makes a prayer for relief. The Judge, Almighty God, then makes a decision on the matter to see and consider the grounds for relief and if there is sufficient cause and a prima facie case with sufficient grounds for such relief: relief will be granted.
He is very slow to move and compassionate and merciful. But when He acts, the party is over for your oppressor. If your oppressor does not repent God will continue to chastise him. (Edited 8/14.2013, I just wanted to make a note here today: And ask you, Dear Reader, the chastisment of YHWH shows up in a man’s life when he refuses to be corrected. And I will find the areas in Scripture where it tells this in in Psalm 32. He will age the man. You will see the age in his face. The curse causeless shall not come into a man’s life: Proverbs tells us here:
(Prov 26:2 [KJV])
As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.
And we can’t be fooled into thinking that if we are not living in line with the WORD the Logos, the Law we will know it if we are willing to hear YHWH. If we are willing to hear the still small voice, this is the way, walk ye in it as it says in Isaiah :
(Isa 30:21 [KJV])
And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
Thank you once again, my Dear Reader, for your time. )
(Ps 32:1 [KJV])
A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. (Ps 32:2 [KJV])
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. (Ps 32:3 [KJV]) When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. (Ps 32:4 [KJV])
For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
For the ward, all the other laws still apply such as the law on forgiveness of enemies. When the person oppresses you, you have to forgive from your heart. God is not going to be fooled by a fake forgiveness, nor is he fooled by a half hearted insincere jaded heart half witted confession.
The ward has two commands to obey: All the law and the prophets are summed up in this: Love Almighty YHWH with all your heart, with your entire mind, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And the second one is like unto it: Love your neighbor as your self. Upon these two laws hang all of the prophets.
Edited Nov 6 2013 3:36 AM (Deuteronomy 10:18-22) (KJV) Starting at verse:18 He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. 19 Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. 20 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name. 21 He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. 22 Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.
