The issue is forgiveness.
As recipients of the best gift of all the grace wherein we stand as believers and followers of the risen Messiah Yahushua we have great duty in regards to forgiving those that cause us injury and oppress up.
The forgiveness must be genuine and from the heart in each and every situation because if we don’t forgive Almighty God, Creator, YHWH can not forgive us.
The question arises: How do I forgive, it feels so bad. The answer is: get into private room and pray and say the words to GOD,
“I forgive ….. (the person)”. Say the words: “In your name Yahushua, and in your power, and in YOUR Righteousness, I forgive (the person), and I Cast out the Demon of unforgiveness in Your name Yahushua, and In YOUR Righteousness, Not in my name and not in my righteousness, but in YOUR name, and I cast the demon UNFORGIVENESS to HELL NOW!”
And do that every single time the thought comes into your mind and keep doing that. One day by your Obedience to the LOGOS, to the WORD, to Yahushua, He will show you why and how.
The problem arises from a righteous Judge’s point of view. YHWH is looking at us and saying, “Look how much I have forgiven you! and you are going to hold on to that little slight someone did to you”?
We are not authorized to take the Grace wherein we stand and think it is only for us.
As the Holy Ghost reminds us in Isaiah
55 6Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
The scriptures follow on this issue.
To put this bluntly: This is the Law on forgiveness. If we don’t forgive from our hearts we will receive the result of that behavior. Bottom line: Forgive or you can’t be forgiven. When YHWH decides to remind you of your own sin because you want to indulge in the vanity of holding a grudge, you are going to know it. This Creator God does not mess around with this law. He will remind you the of the hell to which you were headed and all that wickedness will weigh back upon you until you Repent and Forgive your enemy.
This is not a side issue and must be taken deadly seriously because that is how seriously YHWH takes it.
(Matt 6:9 [KJV])
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
(Matt 6:10 [KJV])
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
(Matt 6:11 [KJV])
Give us this day our daily bread.
(Matt 6:12 [KJV])
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
(Matt 6:13 [KJV])
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
(Matt 6:14 [KJV])
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
(Matt 6:15 [KJV])
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
18 v 24 forward
Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.
And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.
So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?
And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
Matt KJV 5%n
43Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

I was looking at a blog on forgiveness and it appears that the author is questioning the law on forgiveness. So. here is my response.
Unforgiveness is a demon and must be cast out constantly when we first begin this process of living according to the Sovereign Messiah Jesus Christ. If we do not forgive all the sins of your past come back upon your head. This is law. Jesus Christ confirms this in his words in the parable of the man that was forgiven a huge debt and then went and refused to forgive a tiny debt. Matthew 18 21 to 35 in the King James Version tells us the penalty for taking the Grace of God and thinking it is only for ourselves. We must constantly as necessary Cast out the Demon called unforgiveness and Confess our sins like 1st John 1:8-10
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
That way God can keep working with us. if we choose to hold on to injury by anyone and hold a bitter heart against anyone, that bitterness keeps the HOLY GHOST out because he can not see sin.
