Resources for Hebrews. Hypoglycemia; Anti-inflamatories; Poor blood sugar control.

The Very First Rule Hebrews must obey.

Love God and keep his commandments.

It is God himself that will heal  the man.

Don’t lose sight of this, my Children, that it is YHWH that is THE HEALER.  Kneel in submission to YHWH, and Do his Word and he shall take you by the hand and lift you up. –December 1 2013 6:06 AM

My goal here is to document for myself the strategies I am using to solve my health issues. This is my recording of my studies and my solutions. They are here for my benefit. Now, if you get benefit that just happens to be a side affect ( side affect of God made medications) of my research that I do for me.  Good!

I am now fighting what I believe are the symptoms of diabetes. I have had these symptoms and they seem to come and go.  I used to be terrified of health issues because came from  a home that worshiped at the  shrine of Molech and the “doctor”.  Does the man with a MD after his name know more than He that Created the Universe and formed man from  dust?

I am going to put my money behind the Creator of the Universe. Capieche. Because I really have no understanding about how the body works.  I am no expert in the systems that are in the body and have no clue how to make a man from dust.  Now that my status has been clarified I’ll move to the next portion of this:

Alright, that said let us proceed. By the time I am finished with this I am going to have a diagnosis and if YHWH wills his Holy Breath will inform me, or just outright heal me or for that matter kill me.  But what ever the case proceeding:

This is the 16th of November 2013 and tomorrow is the full moon at 16:15.

[Note: I will be editing this to fill in the gaps on the sequence of events and information as it occurs to me. ]

On that day: I fasted on a day that I labored and drank only turmeric infused water with Apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper.  At sunset I ate. That night I had all these above symptoms with a vengeance.

I just noticed that my tongue is a bit raw, more sensitive than usual.

This onset of these extreme symptoms seem to started at the onset of cold weather.  It was just recently  18 degrees Fahrenheit. I don’t know yet if that has anything to do with this.

Edited 2:54 PM Sabbath November 16, 2013 —Also I just read that Cayenne pepper helps to lower blood sugar levels and what If I were experiencing Hypoglycemic symptoms?  I have been drinking cayenne pepper infused water like it was, well, water. And Turmeric water, too.  Way more than I usually do. )

Frequent urination

Frequent urination is an issue due to the sleep disruption it causes.  And sleep disruption cascades into other health issues because  the body repairs itself during deep sleep. And if your body is not sleeping properly then the repair work in the body is not happening. This repair work also is done in the brain.

excessive thirst — I wake up with a completely dry mouth and it is painful

ring worm on the skin

I had  this issue many years ago and I went to the doctor and he just gave me a ringworm killer to rub on it.  The label said that the liver would be affected negatively  and that it was harmful to the liver.

The doctor never told me that ring worm was a symptom of poor blood sugar control!

and vision changes.

I have suspected I have had this issue for many  years and have written about it in my first pamphlet on health and healing.  But over time I forgot. I got to feeling so good that I forgot that I ever  had felt this way before until I felt this way again.

I believe I have found the problem:  this rings a bells from the past experience !  I think we have a winner:

hypoglycemia natural solutions:

I have remembered that I would make sauerkraut on a regular basis several years ago and eat it.

I did not buy this system  but it looks like a good one for beginners.

I have used cayenne in its powder form, and in the extracted form as capsicum for internal and external uses. For instance, when the temperature outside is bitter cold I will roll homemade capsicum upon my back with some DMSO  70% ( home-made batches of the dilution and other ingredients such as glycerine  and aloe vera juice, et cetera).

Edited November 29, 2013

Last night was a wonderful dinner to which I was invited and I controlled my food intake but did do certain foods that I know are harmful and I got the penalty for doing it.

On my plate was: white mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with lots of sugar added, turkey, white flour roll with real butter patty ( full patty!), a piece of cheese cake with canned cherries and homemade whipped cream ( ymm), and a small slice of coconut cream pie, regular ginger ale, a bottle of water.

The penalty I paid was a massive spike in blood sugar and I got Massive Excessive dry mouth and excessive urination last night.

This recent bout of symptoms confirms to me that what I have been doing is working to control my blood sugar and that I have a problem that needs very careful diet.   !!!

Thank you, My Father, in Heaven! You are GOD.

You teach my hands to WAR.

Psalms 144
1 A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: 2 My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me. 3 LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him! 4 Man is like to vanity: his days are as a shadow that passeth away. The Concerns and Unexpected Benefits of Regular Coffee Consumption (September 26, 2013)

Most people have a morning cup of coffee to wake them up, despite the long-held assumption that the bitter bean is bad for them. It turns out, however, that coffee is not just a source of possible agitation. It could also be a health booster for some people. Regular coffee drinkers seem to experience some health benefits from the brew, though doctors caution that coffee is not without its disadvantages.

This mornings research quote I just found is this: This link is about symptoms of diabetes related to Sandpaper skin symptoms:

Another site on the Type one and type II diabietes:

Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Diets

If you have diabetes you have to be very careful about what you eat. You need to take extra care in managing your blood glucose levels. You can do this by eating healthy, watching your diet, taking medication prescribed by a physician and getting proper exercise.

What foods should you eat? There is a food pyramid for people with diabetes. The Diabetes Food Pyramid divides food into six groups. At the top of the list is fats sweets and alcohol. Since this is the smallest group this tells you to eat very little from this section. The next group is milk, meat, meat substitutes and other proteins.  On the pyramid 2 to 3 servings of milk is suggested and 4 to 6oz of meat/protein is mentioned. Then you have your vegetables and fruits. Veggies choose at least 3-5 servings per day and fruits choose at least 2-4 servings a day. The last group which you should eat the most of is breads grains and other starches. You can check with your doctor to get a copy of the diabetes food pyramid to learn more about the correct servings and portion sizes for you.

Revised International Table of Glycemic Index (GI) and Glycemic Load (GL) Values—2008

By David Mendosa

This is the definitive table for both the glycemic index and the glycemic load. I am able to reproduce it here courtesy of the author, Professor Jennie Brand-Miller of the University of Sydney. It is based on a table in different format but no more foods published December 2008 in Diabetes Care. However, only the abstract is free online there.

GI of 55 is low; GL of 10 is low.

A revealing review of Chia seed!

This next site has some information on Chia seed below is the link:

7 Good Reasons To Start Eating Chia Seeds

7 Good Reasons to Start Eating Chia Seeds

  1. Help weight loss. Chia seeds are popular for weight loss. They reduce food cravings by preventing some of the food that you eat from getting absorbed into your system. This blockage of calorie absorption makes them a great diet helper.
  2. Feel fuller faster: They can also help your diet by making you feel full. This is because they absorb 10 times their weight in water, forming a bulky gel.
  3. Hydration for athletes: They are also great for athletes because the “chia gel” can hydrate the body.
  4. Reduce your blood pressure: There’s evidence to suggest they can reduce blood pressure.
  5. Omega-3: They are the richest plant source of Omega-3 (the vital fats that protect against inflammation—such as arthritis—and heart disease). In fact, they contain more Omega-3 than salmon!
  6. Benefits for diabetes: Because chia seeds slow down how fast our bodies convert carbohydrates into simple sugars, studies indicate they can control blood sugar. This leads scientists to believe chia seeds may have great benefits for diabetics.
  7. They are easier to digest than flax seeds, and don’t need to be ground up.

My initial impression: I like this blog.  It reminds me of mine 🙂 🙂 🙂

The review of my experience with this little shop called Natural choices.

I just got back from this little shop in Columbus Indiana.

My impression: When I called them on the phone before I left they told me that chia seed was 7 dollars a pound for their brand Natural choices. When I arrived and did not find that I asked the girl I spoke to  about it.

She said, “I lied”.

Draw your own conclusions about this. Buyer, Be aware. Got it?
