11. The law on building refuge cities

Sometimes people get killed accidentally but the anger and hatred of the victims family may result in a vigilante killing of the innocent man who was involved in the accidental death, so God, in his wisdom has allocated that areas be made for them to live in. People sometimes like to play the role of judge, jury and executioner to decide what the law is and then to execute it themselves.

Deuteronomy 19:1-10 KJV+(1) WhenH3588 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 hath cut offH3772 (H853) the nations,H1471 whoseH834 (H853) landH776 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 givethH5414 thee, and thou succeedestH3423 them, and dwellestH3427 in their cities,H5892 and in their houses;H1004(2) Thou shalt separateH914 threeH7969 citiesH5892 for thee in the midstH8432 of thy land,H776 whichH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 givethH5414 thee to possessH3423 it. (3) Thou shalt prepareH3559 thee a way,H1870 and divideH8027 (H853) the coastsH1366 of thy land,H776 whichH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 giveth thee to inherit,H5157 into three parts, that everyH3605 slayerH7523 mayH1961 fleeH5127 thither.H8033(4) And thisH2088is the caseH1697 of the slayer,H7523 whichH834 shall fleeH5127 thither,H8033 that he may live:H2425 WhosoH834 killethH5221 (H853) his neighbourH7453 ignorantly,H1907 H1947 whom heH1931 hatedH8130 notH3808 in timeH8032 past;H4480 H8657(5) As when a manH834 goethH935 into the woodH3293 withH854 his neighbourH7453 to hewH2404 wood,H6086 and his handH3027 fetcheth a strokeH5080 with the axeH1631 to cut downH3772 the tree,H6086 and the headH1270 slippethH5394 fromH4480 the helve,H6086 and lighteth uponH4672 (H853) his neighbour,H7453 that he die;H4191 heH1931 shall fleeH5127 untoH413 oneH259 of thoseH428 cities,H5892 and live:H2425(6) LestH6435 the avengerH1350 of the bloodH1818 pursueH7291 H310 the slayer,H7523 whileH3588 his heartH3824 is hot,H3179 and overtakeH5381 him, becauseH3588 the wayH1870 is long,H7235 and slayH5221 him;H5315 whereas he was notH369 worthy of death,H4941 H4194 inasmuch asH3588 heH1931 hatedH8130 him notH3808 in timeH8032 past.H4480 H8543(7) WhereforeH5921 H3651 IH595 commandH6680 thee, saying,H559 Thou shalt separateH914 threeH7969 citiesH5892 for thee. (8) And ifH518 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 enlargeH7337 (H853) thy coast,H1366 asH834 he hath swornH7650 unto thy fathers,H1 and giveH5414 thee(H853) allH3605 the landH776 whichH834 he promisedH1696 to giveH5414 unto thy fathers;H1(9) IfH3588 thou shalt keepH8104 (H853) allH3605 theseH2063 commandmentsH4687 to doH6213 them, whichH834 IH595 commandH6680 thee this day,H3117 to loveH157 (H853) the LORDH3068 thy God,H430 and to walkH1980 everH3605 H3117 in his ways;H1870 then shalt thou addH3254 threeH7969 citiesH5892 moreH5750 for thee, besideH5921 theseH428 three:H7969(10) That innocentH5355 bloodH1818 be notH3808 shedH8210 inH7130 thy land,H776 whichH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 givethH5414 thee for an inheritance,H5159 and so bloodH1818 beH1961 uponH5921 thee.

12. The law on dead body cause of death unknown.

Deut 21: 1-9

Deu 21:1 If one is found slain in the land which Jehovah your God is giving to you, to possess it, lying in the field, and it is not known who has struck him;

Deu 21:2 then your elders and your judges shall come out. And they shall measure to the cities which are around the one slain.

Deu 21:3 And it shall be, that the city nearest to the one slain, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer of the herd, which has not been worked with, and which has not drawn in the yoke.

Deu 21:4 And the elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to an ever-flowing stream, which is not plowed nor sown. And they shall break the heifer’s neck there by the stream.

Deu 21:5 And the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come near (for Jehovah your God has chosen them to minister to Him, and to bless in the name of Jehovah) and by their mouth shall every controversy and every stroke be tried.

Deu 21:6 And all the elders of that city nearest to the one slain shall wash their hands by the stream, over the heifer whose neck was broken.

Deu 21:7 And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, nor have our eyes seen it.

Deu 21:8 O Jehovah, be merciful to Your people Israel, whom You have redeemed, and do not allow innocent blood in the midst of Your people Israel. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

Deu 21:9 And you shall put away the innocent blood from among you, for you shall do that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah.

13. The law on the architecture of a flat roof with walking area upon it.

Deut 22:8

Deuteronomy 22:8 KJV+ WhenH3588 thou buildestH1129 a newH2319 house,H1004 then thou shalt makeH6213 a battlementH4624 for thy roof,H1406 that thou bringH7760 notH3808 bloodH1818 upon thine house,H1004 ifH3588 any manH5307 fallH5307 fromH4480 thence.

14. Corporation and the Creator’s Strict liability laws.

In summary, the only reason people form corporations is to limit their liability to others. The Creator’s Word does not permit us to live with out Strict liability.

Another issue that needs to be explained is the issue of Corporations and limited liability. God requires us to live with strict liability for our behavior. What we do here has consequences. The State will come to the individual and offer him limited liability if he signs a contract with the State and opens a corporation. The Corporation is opened and operated in full compliance with all the law of the State in which it is incorporated. State Law and God’s Law sometimes conflict and thus the individual has voluntarily given up his right to live as God commands and must by his signing the Corporate Charter obey man’s law. God is a jealous God and looks unfavorably upon the man that dismisses God’s law. Upon signing the Corporate Charter and opening the corporation, the individual signing has become the “president” of a corporation and has lost his “right” to do that which he was doing and has accepted a counterfeit “right” which is in actuality now only a “privilege”. The difference between the “Right” and “Privilege” is one is inalienable and the other can be revoked by the sovereign that offered it, i.e. the State.

Does God Almighty revoke rights? At times he does. When he revokes a right he uses the natural law to revoke it: he removes the ability to engage in the right. For instance, he allows alteizemer to take the mental capacity to even think properly or clearly.

The Law on dealing with Blind and deaf people

Lev 19: 14, 18, 32-34 Lev 19:14 You shall not revile the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind; for you shall revere your God. I am Jehovah.

Lev 19:18 You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am Jehovah.

Lev 19:32 You shall rise up in the face of gray hair; and you shall honor the face of an old man; and be afraid of your God. I am Jehovah.

Lev 19:33 And when an alien lives with you in your land, you shall not oppress him;

Lev 19:34 as the native among you, so shall be the alien who is staying with you; and you shall love him as yourself, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt; I am Jehovah your God.

Liability of each and every word that we speak

And if our hearts and minds are open to his Word/ Logos, he will speak directly to us and correct us in a loving and wonderful display of His wisdom and power. How much He loves us! HalleluYah!

He made most of our brain unable to distinguish between real and fake so that he could speak to us in dreams so that we could get the message he sends.

(For more information on the brain and perception see:

We are going to be help responsible for every word that proceeds out of our mouth. The Creator spoke this universe into existence and thereby showed us that the power of the Word. He knew that there would come times that people became so jaded and the preachers mislead. So that last dream I had about the punishment of having to wear the head piece, mouth guard so that I would watch my mouth and I said to the angel, that is cruel and unusual punishment I won’t wear it. And then in the meeting The Father was sitting at the head of the table and I said this is cruel and unusual punishment and the angel brought the head piece and handed it to the Father and he picked it up and smiled and looked at it like with the attitude of loving kindness and chuckled a little and said, “No, it isn’t”. And I submitted and I put it on. It was a very minor punishment.

He does not punish us according to our sin we only receive a very minor amount of punishment for our sin. My sin was speaking too much and not watching what I say and to whom I say it. I think it was speaking too much in the ears of (private)about the position of Widowhood, and fatherless and the dead people that have afflicted me. She is not ready to hear such things nor is (Private)nor is (Private). I must keep my mouth and my pride in check. Most people are not ready for the wisdom God the Father has given to me. Just go about honoring God the Father quietly, working with my hands and when anyone is ready be ready in due season and out of season with the Word of God Which is the Sword of the Spirit it is sharper than a two edged sword. Duty to help neighbor when he is injured

The command of strict liability for our behavior extends to helping others when they are injured. The man of God can not just observe and then walk away, he must do his part as he is able. This is quite clearly expressed here in Luke 10.
