There is a difference between “paying for” something and “discharging a debt in equity”. To pay for something means to completely destroy the debt. Paid in full. (the Messiah Paid the debt in full and the debt is completely gone for all). A debt paid is completely gone, yet on the other hand a debt discharged in equity still retains something of its original existence.  There is a U S Supreme court statement somewhere I need to find to put here that will really clarify and add credibility to this statement and when I locate it I will put it here) —Edited Sabbath 14 Sept 2013 12:17 PM —

The case is supposedly Stanek Vs White  but I can not find a second witness to this case yet.

{Edit  2/6/2014 4:25 PM.          I just was reading this edit from 9/14/2013 and I just had a lighting flash revelation.  It hit me that that description that I put in that above edit is a proto type for the difference between the  law of sacrifice for sin [And the Civil Law system in existence today- because there is no forgiveness in the civil law system i.e. once a record always a record of sin) of the Hebrews before Christ compared to the Completeness of the Sacrifice for sin accomplished by Jesus Christ. He died for the sin of all, once for all. There is no remission of sin with out the shedding of Blood as the Scripture say.  So Jesus Christ ‘paid’ the debt of sin His blood now sprinkles on the temple which is the housing of the Holy Ghost,  which is our bodies. Yet,  as Hebrews says> There is a remembrance of sins every year by the sacrifices of the priests of the altar in the Old Testament because as Paul says the blood of bulls and goats can not cleanse the conscious of sins so there is a remembrance and thus they need to be addressed again and again: So this image is of a debt “discharged”. So, what this means is that the civil system of government is more a prototype of the original contract with Yhwh where as the new contract negotiated by God for us in the Messiah, i.e. Jesus Christ is a new and complete salvation done once.

1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.

4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,

16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;

33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.

34 For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.

35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

In the case of Stanek v. White, 172 Minn. 390, 215 H.W. 784, the court explained the legal distinction between the words “payment” and “discharge”: “There is a distinction between a `debt discharged’ and a `debt paid.’ When discharged the debt still exists though divested of its character as a legal obligation during the operation of the discharge. Something of the original vitality of the debt continues to exist, which may be transferred, even though the transferee takes it subject to its disability incident to the discharge. The fact that it carries something which may be a consideration for a new promise to pay, so as to make an otherwise worthless promise a legal obligation, makes it the subject of transfer by assignment.”

Re Re edit Sabbath 30th November 2013 4:27 PM  Thank you to Shuftin!  I quote the below case from this site:

http://www.mindserpent.com/American_History/court/1927_stanek.html

  • Stanek v. White
  • 215 N.W. 784 (1927)
  • Supreme Court of Minnesota. Oct. 14, 1927
  • (Syllabus by the Court.)
  • 1. Bankruptcy § 434 – Moral obligation to pay debt, represented by note from which debtor was released in bankruptcy, held sufficient consideration for new note.
  • In an action on a promissory note given for a note from which debtor had been released by a discharge in bankruptcy, held:
  • That the moral obligation to pay the original debt is a sufficient consideration to support the new promise to pay.
  • 2. Bankruptcy § 434 – After discharge, debt was assignable, as respects consideration for new promise.
  • After a discharge, the original debt has sufficient vitality to be assignable.
  • 3. Bankruptcy § 436 (3) – Possession of original note, as to which maker was discharged in bankruptcy and which he received on making new note, held to make prima facie showing of ownership.
  • Plaintiff’s possession of the original note made a prima facie case of ownership.
  • Appeal from Municipal Court of Minneapolis; C.L. Smith, Judge.
  • Action by William R. Stanek, as administrator of the estate of Clara Koller Stanek, deceased, against M. W. White. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.
  • Lewis Severance, of Minneapolis, for appellant.
  • Allen & Fletcher and Thomas Vennum, all of Minneapolis, for respondent.
  • WILSON, C. J.
  • [1] Appeal from judgment. Victor Stanek held a promissory note of defendant, who procured a discharge in bankruptcy. Thereafter defendant gave a note for $402.50 to Clara Stanek, the mother of Victor Stanek, who surrendered to him the original note. The administrator of the estate of Clara Stanek, now decreased, seeks to recover judgment upon the new note. The answer alleges want of consideration for the new note.
  • The original debt was not paid. The discharge in bankruptcy operated as a bar to its enforcement. The debt could be revived by a new promise, which, in Minnesota, must be in writing. G. S. 1923 § 8456, subd. 4. The moral obligation involved in the original debt affords a sufficient consideration to support a new promise to pay the debt. Dunnell’s Digest, § 748; Collier on Bankruptcy, vol. 1, p. 642; Gilbert’s Collier on Bankruptcy (1927) 413. Liability rests upon new promise to pay, not upon the original note. The discharge took the enforceability from the original note which still evidenced the moral obligation, and the new note revived the legal obligation.
  • [2] There is a distinction between a debt discharged and one paid. When discharged, the debt still exists, though divested of its character as a legal obligation during the operation of the discharge. Something of the original vitality of the debt continues to exist, which may be transferred even though the transferee takes it subject to the disability incident to the discharge. The fact that it carries something which may be a consideration, for a new promise to pay, so as to make an otherwise worthless promise a legal obligation, make it the subject of transfer by assignment. Badger v. Gilmore, 33 N. H. 361, 66 Am. Dec. 729. Indeed, there is not reason why a transferee of such note should not have the benefit of having the debt advanced to a condition of legal liability.
  • [3] The method of transfer from the original payee to the mother is not important. The transfer was made after the discharge and before the new note was given. Plaintiff does not claim any rights superior to the original holder. Possession of the original note made a prima facie showing of ownership. Defendant received the same from her hands, and does not plead any lack of authority in the mother to surrender the old note for the new.
  • Affirmed.  –end of edit addition 4:27 PM Sabbath November 30 2013—

Summary Scripture concerning the Law on True Asset for transactions and property purchases:

(Micah 6:10-15) (KJV) Starting at verse10 Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable? 11 Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights? 12 For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth. 13 Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins. 14 Thou shalt eat, but not be satisfied; and thy casting down shall be in the midst of thee; and thou shalt take hold, but shalt not deliver; and that which thou deliverest will I give up to the sword. 15 Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine. (Micah 6:10-15, KJV)

Introduction to the Laws of the Creator

I use the King James Version annotated to have access to the Hebrew words used in each case because sometimes it helps to clarify the meaning of a sentence. It may be a little unusual to read with the numbering system at first but over time it will be a benefit to you, dear reader. To get understanding of God’s Word, we need to approach God in prayer, and praise, and thanksgiving for His Sovereignty and request that the Author, which is the Holy Ghost give us understanding, and knowledge and the wisdom necessary to read and understand and act upon the knowledge.

Beginning all study with praise to God!

The Law on Money

Quick Summary

Isaiah 55:2

Isaiah 55:2 KJV+WhereforeH4100 do ye spendH8254 moneyH3701 for that which is notH3808 bread?H3899 and your labourH3018 for that which satisfiethH7654 not?H3808 hearken diligentlyH8085 H8085 untoH413 me, and eatH398 ye that which is good,H2896 and let your soulH5315 delight itselfH6026 in fatness.H1880

If I could start with one of those word in bold which is “Spend”. Hebrew word for Spend is shâqal ( shaw-kal’) and it means among other things : to

“Weigh”.

And the Hebrew word for money here is keseph (keh’-sef)and it means

“Silver”.

Money has certain properties. First of all money is property. If we look at the legal definition of the term ‘property’, we read from Chadman’s Dictionary of Law (copyright 1900):

Property

“Property. The right and ownership which a man has in real or personal property to the exclusion of all others. Exclusive legal right to control or enjoy a thing. The thing owned, or enjoyed.”

Money as Property

Money is an asset. Money is a physical thing that has intrinsic value associated with itself. Money can be neither divested nor deprived of its intrinsic value because money would have a value associated with its creation. In other words how much effort: i.e. time and energy is required to create the value? Thus, the value is related to the energy required to create it.

For instance, with the creation of honey it takes a hive of bees a certain amount of time to create a gallon of honey and it also requires an individual with the expertise to extract that honey from the bee hive. The value of honey has much to do with the time required to create it and to harvest and to package for sale.

The value of Money related to the labor required to create it

Money has value related to the labor required to achieve the creation of it.

For example, if it takes a man one day to go out and dig up 1 ounce of gold out of the ground the value of one ounce of gold is related to the labor of one (1) day. So that would be the wages of one day.

In the Scripture, all items used as money had the characteristic of being property of some sort or another with intrinsic value.

Does man assign the value of money? Would not man’s assigning value to money nullify the intrinsic value rule? Can money be assigned a value? Yes. Money can be assigned value insofar as money is property and must be created by labor. Money can be assigned the value associated with the energy, time and effort required to create it.

Money has intrinsic value.

An item with no intrinsic value can not be considered money.

IRS Code admits Federal Reserve notes are NOT MONEY

Even IRS code states that the Notes issued by the private bank called The Federal Reserve, are “not money” and U S Supreme Court decisions have repeatedly supported this fact. The Federal Reserve Note does not possess the characteristics of property either. The note is not owned by the holder in due course, but it is rather owned by the issuer of the note. It is the property of the issuer of the note I.E. The Federal Reserve Bank.

A note can have no other intrinsic value other than the intrinsic value associated with it. The value as a piece of paper?

So, the Federal Reserve Note states “This note is legal tender for all debts public and private”.

Coding out this seemingly simple statement reveals quite a different story than many people understand.

The first two words “This note” must be understood in the legal sense not in the common usage of the words. “This Note” is a promissory note. Stated in another way, the quoted words could say “This Promissory Note”. Moving on: “is legal tender”. To understand these three words we must understand the opposite. The opposite of “legal tender” is “Lawful money”.

Difference between Legal Tender and Lawful Money

Legal tender must be legit, or legislated into existence and thus only exists because the State Sovereign has written it into the law by the legislature in session, who is otherwise known as the Congress of the united states of America.

The reason it has to be legislated into existence is because it has no intrinsic value. So congress has to tell us, This looks like a worthless piece of paper, it feels like a worthless piece of paper, but it is in fact a commercial note that we have decided has value of such and such a number of dollars.

So a piece of paper has an intrinsic value of a piece of paper. The law had to be written now to assign value to the paper, the bill, the note, that now has words on it like “One Dollar”, “Ten Dollars”, “One Hundred dollars”. Each bill, whether of one (1) dollar, ten (10) dollars, or one hundred dollars (100) each cost the same amount to print, approximately one (1) cent.

The intrinsic value of a note.

So the intrinsic value of the bills is, did you guess it? One cent.

A blank pad of paper would have more intrinsic value as a usable item, say, as a notepad, than an stack of notes that are full of printed words that have no room to write on, correct?

The opposite of “legal tender” is lawful money. According to Scripture, lawful money has intrinsic value, like gold, silver, corn, wheat, honey, beans, oil.

The Creator of the Universe, the Sovereign of the Universe who set up the laws on money has required that true asset be used in all transactions of property, i.e. that all transactions be made with a true asset. Thus all transactions are final and complete upon the transfer of the asset for the asset.

Another angle on this issue for teaching young adults: an asset would have intrinsic value that is known without having to legislate the value into it. For instance: a Federal reserve note is legislated into existence to be “legal tender”. But on the other hand a dollar silver coin is lawful money because it is money by its very nature because it contains “Intrinsic value”!

If I gave you magic money for services that over time would slowly disappear in your hand and reappear in my hand, do you think that would be considered “Unjust weights and measures”? If so, that would mean Federal Reserve notes would also be “unjust weights and measures”.

Not to mention since the Fed no longer backs the FRNs by gold or silver or anything a Fed note now cost the government less than a penny for every dollar that is out there (if you include all the dollars that are just blips on the computer screen).

Quotes about the Federal Reserve:

Senators & Congressmen
“Most Americans have no real understanding of the operation of the international money lenders. The accounts of the Federal Reserve System have never been audited. It operates outside the control of Congress and manipulates the credit of the United States” — Sen. Barry Goldwater (Rep. AZ)

“We have, in this country, one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board. This evil institution has impoverished the people of the United States and has practically bankrupted our government. It has done this through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it”. — Congressman Louis T. McFadden in 1932 (Rep. Pa)

“The Federal Reserve banks are one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this nation is run by the International bankers — Congressman Louis T. McFadden (Rep. Pa)

“The financial system has been turned over to the Federal Reserve Board. That Board administers the finance system by authority of a purely profiteering group. The system is Private, conducted for the sole purpose of obtaining the greatest possible profits from the use of other people’s money” — Charles A. Lindbergh Sr., 1923

“This [Federal Reserve Act] establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President [Wilson} signs this bill, the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized….the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill.” –Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. , 1913

“I have never seen more Senators express discontent with their jobs….I think the major cause is that, deep down in our hearts, we have been accomplices in doing something terrible and unforgiveable to our wonderful country. Deep down in our heart, we know that we have given our children a legacy of bankruptcy. We have defrauded our country to get ourselves elected.” — John Danforth (R-Mo)

Thomas Jefferson “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.”–Thomas Jefferson,

U.S. President. — Andrew Jackson
“If Congress has the right [it doesn’t] to issue paper money [currency], it was given to them to be used by… [the government] and not to be delegated to individuals or corporations” — President Andrew Jackson, Vetoed Bank Bill of 1836

James Madison
“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it’s issuance”. — James Madison

“It is well that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” — Henry Ford

“As soon as Mr. Roosevelt took office, the Federal Reserve began to buy government securities at the rate of ten million dollars a week for 10 weeks, and created one hundred million dollars in new [checkbook] currency, which alleviated the critical famine of money and credit, and the factories started hiring people again.” — Eustace Mullins

“Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes it’s laws”
–Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild

“From now on, depressions will be scientifically created.” — Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh Sr. , 1913

What can we do?

Start using gold, silver, and other forms of money. I know that sounds extremely hard, because it is. You will probably be going at it alone (the more people that refuse to use these unjust weights and measures, the easier it is). If you own a business, start accepting gold and silver coins/medallions/bars as trade. If you do private work for someone, or own rental property, accept gold and silver as trade. If you believe that your product is superior to anyone else, you can require gold and silver as payment. By the way, when you collect a $50 gold American Eagle coin for your services, you now have the purchasing power of $1100 in Federal Reserve Notes. But the amount that is reported as income on your IRS forms (if you report any) is $50.

Go here to trade your “unjust weights and measures” for “just weights and measures”

The advantages of using gold and silver as payment:

Let us say you bought your house for $100,000 (FRNs) and then 20 years later you sold it for $200,000 (FRNs). Many (including the IRS) would say that you made a $100,000 profit when actually you lost money. You see, over the last 20 years, you probably spent about $50,000 in maintenance cost. That puts your total money invested to about $150,000. But in the last 20 years, the dollar’s value decreased by half. So even if you didn’t put any maintenance into it (and the house miraculously stayed in the same condition as the day you bought it), you would only have broken even because of inflation.

Instead of selling the house for $220,000 (FRNs) you decided to trade it for $10,000 in US gold coin (A $50 gold coin minted by the US mint contains one ounce of gold. At $1100 an ounce that would be $220,000). Then you can actually right your house off as a loss!

Another reason we should stop using Federal Reserve notes is that we must keep other avenues of money open for trade. When the mark of the beast comes full force, it is going to be hard for people to trade any other way but by using the mark. I hear many Christians say, “I won’t take that mark”. Well, Satan has been a little smarter than most Christians. He is slowly implementing the mark. Like a fisherman, Satan is getting people to swallow the whole bait (mark) just a little at a time (Social Security number, Federal Reserve Notes, National I.D. card) until one day we will wake up in his boat. (On a side note, there is no real difference from a national I.D. card and a microchip implanted in your hand with the same information)
