Chapter 8-A: Property: Words and Sex as Communication.

God has set up a  series of laws relating to how we ought to be conducting our lives and those laws extend to our sexuality.  Human sexuality is a powerful force in our lives, and our Wonderful Councelor has provided us laws to protect us. He gives us maximum freedom within the bounds of his laws.  We are permitted and authorized to have sex as long as we have a marriage contract with the woman. Not necessarily a 3 party general limited partnership with the woman and the state too, though.

Hebrews have to be married and not just to anyone because the man and the woman become one flesh.

I was thinking this morning of the question why YHWH would care so much about our sexual behavior?

I am going to paste the punch line right here before I have proved it because even as I typed the words the revelation was jaw dropping.

Sex is labor performed with property which creates  property which is the  fruit of the womb which is property.

Communication is property,  too,  and Sex is communication.

I am floored by this revelation.

The body is property called flesh. The marriage of a man with a woman makes the two individual properties into one property. Now the two are one as per Matthew 19:6 and Mark 10: 6- 9:

(Matthew 19:6) (KJV) Starting at verse6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. (Matthew 19:6, KJV)

(Mark 10:6-9) (KJV) Starting at verse6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. 9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. (Mark 10:6-9, KJV)

Communication is property!

That is just the first revelation. The second revelation is: Communication is property, too. What we speak with our mouths is property and we have the right to it and we get the fruit of our mouths.

Scriptural evidence that Sex is communication: The word “knew” is used.  Thus information is being communicated from one to another.

2. (Genesis 4:17) (KJV) Starting at verse:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch. (Genesis 4:17, KJV)

3. (Genesis 4:25) (KJV) Starting at verse:25 And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. (Genesis 4:25, KJV)

4.  (Genesis 38:26) (KJV) Starting at verse:26 And Judah acknowledged them, and said, She hath been more righteous than I; because that I gave her not to Shelah my son. And he knew her again no more. (Genesis 38:26, KJV)

God made a Word flesh! Now all words are/become property. I am that I am.

(John 1:14) (KJV) Starting at verse14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14, KJV)

(Exodus 3:14) (KJV) Starting at verse14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Exodus 3:14, KJV)

Numbers 30

1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded. 2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth. (Numbers 30:1-2, KJV)

So that which comes out of the mouth in speech becomes a contract, and a contract is a property. With property comes the property right which is why article one section 10 of the U S Constitution proh ibits anyone including government from interfering with contract. (Contract law superceeds rights, inother words, a man may enslave himself by contract to his hearts content, in which case he can contract his rights away.) this is another topic.

The other day I was speaking to an individual to do some contracting on a project and she said how much are you going to want to do the project?  Well, let’s see, I responded. The project is going to put wear and tear on the machine, so I need some oil, for the oil change in the machine, and I need this and perhaps a new tip for the machine because that would get worn out in the process of the project, and I would likely need  some gasoline to run the machine. And pretty soon, she hollered out,  “But what do you need,? You have described what the your property needs are, but what about you?”

It was almost immediate,  my response,  I said,  “There is no difference between my needs and the needs of my property”.

I surprised myself with that statement and I wasn’t even completely sure what I had said, nor of the implications of the statement.  but this morning  as I out was  laboring, working with my hands, it came to mind again.  “No difference between my needs and the needs of my property”.

And I thought,  if me and my property are one and the same, then what other logical conclusion could be drawn from that statement.  My body is property.  It is my original property given to me by the Creator God.

So every thing I do with my property becomes the fruit of my labor, which is property.

It says when a man

So if labor is property, and that which we do with our bodies is labor. And everything we do is generating property to ourselves. If we are living in anomia, or in other words in sin, to God’s Word, I mean if we are living in sin and violating the law of God then we are generating property to ourselves also.

When we do the good thing, we are laboring for YHWH and reaping the harvest which is ready to be reaped, teaching the word of God and showing by our actions that He Is and that he loves us. But on the other hand when we are in sin and living serving sin or lawlessness then what we gernerate is still property but it is not in compliance with the word and God does not want it.

When we live in sin we are using our gifts and adding to ourselves permanent property.

When a man repents and begins living according to the Word, then God wants that property that we are generating.

So, when we use our Time, Effort, and Energy, all of these given as free gifts by the Wonderful Creator YHWH, he loves it when we obey him because we are not our own Whether we live or whether we die we are property of YHWH.

All sins that a man does are without his body expect for the sin of fornication

If my body is property, and what I do with my body is property. So the result of my labors becomes mine, it becomes My property and I have all the rights to my property.  ( put in the Blackstone commentary on definitions of property).  That which a man owns to the exclusion of all others. There is no debt on true property.  ( We don’t own property in America, they gave that right up in 1933 when HJR (the number is escaping me right at the moment) when Congress decided to steal all the gold from all Americans.   They have been stealing from the people ever since, but this is the first main event, notwithstanding the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

So labor is property because it creates property.

A man goes out an labors in a vineyard and he comes back with a bushel basket of grapes. What does he have? He has property.  And it is his property. The man labored for his property.

Now you may be asking yourself, dear reader, at this point what in the world does labor and property have to do with sexual behavior?  I would understand that question.

Sex is labor performed with property which creates fruit of the womb which is property.

The question arises, is communication property?

The answer is yes. Communication is property, and as a matter of fact the US Supreme court just ruled that communications that pass from tower to tower, as in a cell phone conversation,become the property of the tower owners! So the individual has alienated (in law it means let out of his/her possession) his personal communication when he uses a cell phone. Land lines are direct communications and the communications are considered private.

And the main character looks at her and just smiles. He was just interested in that moment.

The word for intercourse between a husband and wife is “know”.

Abraham knew Sarah, Rachel and Jacob knew one another.

To illustrate something I want to mention a movie I saw once, called Vanilla Sky in which the main character and a girl with whom he was committing  fornication are in the bed room and she playfully fields the question: Are you going to marry me?

Later in the movie when the main character is flirting with another girl, the first comes to him and says, “Your Body Made promises to mine”. And that is exactly what happens in the intimate act of sexual intercourse. It is a private communication using all the property that God,Creator has given to us.

The act of sex is a communication between a two people. It is very intimate communication and the communication is not transferable to outside parties.  It is direct communication to the deepest part of the psyche of both individuals.  The communication is that of “bliss”, orgasm.

So the man uses his penis to communicate with the woman in the act of intercourse. The communication concludes  in an apex of bliss in an expression suddenly “spoken” with  the ejaculation.

The “word” spoken  proceeds to travel into the woman’s body until it communicates with the egg.  We have been told since childhood that this is a random survival of the fittest  by evolution and that that communication is random and with out order.

However, I am informed that what is truly happening is not random but  is ordered by YHWH.

The particular sperm that arrives at the egg was foreordained to arrive and was foreordained to become one with the egg and create the human being. Even the particular egg that happens to be in the ovaries at that particular  time in life of the woman.

There are no accidents, my friends, my Dear Readers. Our actions mean something, our decisions in life mean something to the One that Created each of us in His Image. He gave us the ability to create one more of his worshipers by our actions. What a daunting responsibility but what joy it must be!

He gave up all for the joy that was set before him.
